The Crowns first time at Hootenanny was epic, there are no other words for this set. They got a bit lost on the way to the fairgrounds, but when they pulled up right before their set time, they noticed people wearing Crowns shirts all over the place and a crowd had formed in front of the stage and to the side. To the bands surprise, the crowd was for them and the cheering started as they unloaded and got on stage.
As the band quickly line checked the chants of "Hey Ho! Let's Go!" got louder and louder. From the first note the crowd was with them, a pit opened immediately, and the front of the stage was a crush of people singing the songs back to the band. The energy was incredible!
